Job summary

A consulting firm in Calgary is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to manage and coordinate various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include directing staff, managing budgets, and preparing reports. This role requires on-site work only, with no remote option available.

  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
