Job description

We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and procurement support, ensuring smooth office operations and event coordination. If you have experience in administrative support, procurement coordination, and event planning, this role could be a great fit for you.

Nearest MRT: Lavender
Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $18/Hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 3-months contract

What You’ll Be Doing
A) Office Administration
  • Compile reports, submissions, meeting agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Organise staff events.
  • Maintain and manage documents.
  • Maintain records inventory.
B) Procurement
  • Coordinate with end-users to gather requirements.
  • Review DA for current supplier services.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports with provided data.
  • Track procurement delivery and payment.
  • Update and consolidate progress reports
C) Others
  • Calendar planning & meeting scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing events & functions.
