A leading educational institution in Canada is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the School of Rehabilitation Science. Primary Purpose:
The Administrative Coordinator supports the Clinical Education Unit (CEU) and overall operations of the School of Rehabilitation Science. This position reports to the Manager of Academic Programs and Operations and is responsible for supporting clinical placement processes for MPT, MOT, and MSLP programs, supporting school communications and accommodations planning, providing administrative support to Program Chairs and the Academic Lead for Clinical Education & Community Affairs (ALCECA), and ensuring smooth, efficient operations aligned with strategic goals.

This role works in a collaborative, student-focused environment and regularly engages with faculty, staff, students, and external partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
