Job summary
A corporate group in Metro Vancouver is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time position involving event coordination and office management. The ideal individual will have experience in multitasking and organization, a high school diploma, and familiarity with MS Office. Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Train or arrange for training.
- Organize office work procedures.
