Your responsibilities

Assists in the completion of the department’s daily operations by performing assigned tasks, various office functions, and duties in an accurate and timely manner as they pertain to the running of the department in a smooth and organized fashion.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain filing systems, handle incoming/outgoing faxes, and distribute U.S and interoffice mail/reports with accuracy
• Run and prepare necessary reports
• Organize, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies
• Prepare expense vouchersPerform basic data entry
• Assist other office personnel with any additional projects as needed
• Monitor and/or back up telephone switchboard
• Participate, initiate, or audit lean projects

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately type a minimum of 50 wpm

• Produire des rapports.
• Acheter les fournitures de bureau, les organiser et en garder des stocks.
• Préparer des relevés de frais.
• Effectuer des activités de saisie de données simples.
• Collaborer avec d'autres employés du bureau dans le cadre de projets supplémentaires, au besoin.
• Répondre aux appels ou remplacer le ou la réceptionniste, au besoin.
• Amorcer des projets touchant la gestion allégée (lean), participer à de tels projets ou en effectuer la vérification (audit).
