A regional government agency in Yellowknife is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide essential office administration and coordination services. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in business administration and at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supporting directors, managing office supplies, and providing reception duties. This position requires strong organizational and clerical skills, alongside familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

The Department of Education, Culture and Employment (ECE) provides the residents of the Northwest Territories with access to quality programs, services and support to assist them in making informed and productive choices for themselves and their families with regard to education, training, careers, employment and labour, child development, languages, culture and heritage.
Located in Yellowknife, the Administrative Coordinator reports to the Director, Labour Development and Standards (LDS) and provides direct office administration and coordination services for the LDS Division and Income Security Programs Division.
This position is a first point of contact for information from the divisions or from the regional officers. The Administrative Coordinator interacts in person via telephone, scan, fax, or email.
