About the Role

Administrative Coordinator We are seeking two detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinators to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday; 11:00am – 8:30pm
  • Monday – Friday; 3:30pm – 12:00am
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Handle filing and computer keying for extended periods
  • Coordinate delivery details with client base and drivers (pick-up / drop-off details)
  • Use MS Office, Bringg, Truck Mate, and other web-based programs
  • Provide administrative support to the team and work independently when required
  • Maintain strong organizational practices and follow-through on tasks
  • Assist with general office duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Clear criminal record check (dated within the last 3 months at time of hire)
  • Excellent computer skills with strong keyboarding accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based systems (e.g., Bringg, Truck Mate)
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks (filing, data entry) with accuracy
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • WHMIS certification (required)
