Richardson Pioneer, a division of Richardson International, seeks an Administrative Clerk at the Ag Business Centre in Nampa, AB. The role covers accounts payable/receivable, materials preparation, grain sampling support, customer service, and filing systems.
Ideal candidate will have an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; agriculture background is a plus.

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Clerk at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Nampa** , AB**. The Administrative Clerk is responsible for performing administrative and operational duties.
Responsibilities:
Processing accounts receivable/accounts payable
Preparing communication materials
Assisting in product logistics and assisting in grain sampling
Providing excellent customer service and performing general office duties
Managing site safety documentation and maintaining organized filing systems
Coordinating and conducting third party contractor orientations and ensuring compliance with site safety requirements
Creating new customer accounts and maintaining existing customer records
Supporting grain ticket processing, scale operations and data entry as required
Qualifications:
Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role
Knowledge of bookkeeping and general office practices
Experience with Microsoft applications; experience in word-processing and/or data entry
Excellent organizational and communication skills and have a strong understanding of customer service
A valid driver’s licence is required
An agriculture background is considered an asset
