Job summary

Richardson Pioneer, a division of Richardson International, is seeking an Administrative Clerk at our Ag Business Centre in Elrose, SK. You will perform administrative and operational duties to support the grain and customer service processes.

The Administrative Clerk will maintain accurate records, coordinate with suppliers and drivers, and ensure timely processing of invoices while upholding Richardson's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and general office practices.
• Experience with Microsoft applications; experience in word-processing and/or data entry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and have a strong understanding of customer service.
• A valid driver's licence is required.
• An agriculture background is considered an asset.
