- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reorder supplies
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Providing real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Associate’s Degree in a related field
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Multilingual may be preferred or required
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Required Years of experience: 3 Years of experience
Salary: $23.32 - $32.00 per hour
