  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reorder supplies
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Providing real‑time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
