Job description
Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime. Salary: to be discussed depending on experience.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

  • Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Enter data into various systems
  • Help prepare certain documents
  • Complete lease requests
  • Collaborate on special projects
  • All other related tasks
The ideal person has
  • Good management of priorities and ability to adapt
  • Sense of responsibility and autonomy
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Aptitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
Required qualifications
  • DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
