A leading recreational vehicle manufacturer in Sherbrooke, Quebec is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the Sales team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in administrative roles, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in tools like Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include tracking budget expenditures, ensuring administrative compliance, and facilitating meeting logistics. We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will support the Defense and Specialized Vehicle Sales team with various administrative facets of the Sales process and departmental logistics inclusive of scheduling, invoicing, purchase order creation/follow‑up, and the administrative facets of the sales funnel/customer relationship management.
