Doane Grant Thornton LLP is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Receptionist) for a 12-month contract to manage front-desk duties and provide essential administrative support within a professional services environment.
The role requires strong MS Office skills, 2+ years in administration or upscale customer service, excellent communication, and meticulous data entry abilities. Onsite five days a week with responsibilities spanning billing, tax form preparation, and client relationship support.
