Job summary

A reputed industrial support company in Canada is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide office management support and assist employees. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Pay range is CAD $23.00 - CAD $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collect and enter data into ERP and other databases.
  • Answer telephone calls, route callers or take messages.
  • Provide administrative support functions as needed.
