What You'll Do
  • Handle registration and paperwork for new vehicle leases.
  • Submit forms to ensure vehicles have the correct ownership, plates, and permits.
  • Update and maintain accurate lease and vehicle records.
  • Review lease documents to make sure everything is complete and correct.
  • Process customer payments.
  • Scan and file documents electronically.
  • Send recall notices to customers.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with general office tasks when needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of PBS software considered an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
