Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to all departmental members and tenants.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping functions and keep records of payments.
  • Assist accounting department with invoices and payments.
  • Review and prepare documents and reports for management.
  • Courteously receive and screen all in-bound calls and emails.
  • Maintain office supply inventory levels.
