Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our home care division. This Casual role will support daily office operations, staff scheduling, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide administrative support to the home care management team
  • Assist with scheduling PSWs, nurses, and other staff for client visits
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and client information
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely follow‑up
  • Billing, timesheet collection, and data entry tasks
  • Assist with onboarding and compliance documentation for staff
  • Other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications :
  • Previous administrative or office experience (healthcare setting an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling or care management software (an asset, but not required)
