Job description

The Administrator works a rotational schedule: 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, reporting to the Manager. The role is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication with clients and must collaborate regularly with the housekeeping team, guest services, and management.

Your work will include:

  1. Coordinating new hire orientation onsite, including JHAs, site-specific rules, emergency protocols, and assisting with up-to-date training for existing employees.
  2. Working with the site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans.
  3. Ensuring consistency with administrative duties, including attendance boards, catering requests, payroll, LEMs, and inputting safety data.
  4. Writing, editing, and scanning documents for tracking.
  5. Performing general clerical tasks as requested by the Lodge Manager.

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with proficiency in various styles, including creative, professional, technical, and educational writing.
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.

Qualifications:

  • G license with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Previous experience working at a remote site is an asset.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
