Under the supervision of the Manager, Fitness & Sports, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support such as research, data entry and compilation, record keeping, creating presentations and reports, photocopying, internal/external correspondence, mass mailing distribution and follow‑up action. They organize travel arrangements and accommodations for managers and clients. The Administrative Assistant processes and tracks travel claims. They also provide reception services and general information to clients.
