A Canadian healthcare organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Director of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Reconciliation and Accessibility. The role includes managing daily operations and providing executive-level support. Ideal candidates will have significant administrative experience and knowledge of EDIRA principles, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the Senior Director of the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Reconciliation and Accessibility (EDIRA), Clinical Performance and Professional Practice portfolio. The role manages daily operations, coordinates administrative activities, establishes procedures and guidelines, and serves as a liaison within the portfolio and across Nova Scotia Health. The Administrative Assistant also supports committees, working groups, and other members of the Clinical Performance and Professional Practice portfolio, and provides backup to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Nurse Executive and Vice‑President when needed.

$25.6347 – $32.2431 hourly.
