The Position
– Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Data Integrity Specialist
For Consideration Applicants Will Need to Demonstrate the Following
- An ability to be highly organized, energetic and flexible
- Above average attention to detail
- Nimble, adaptable and knowledgeable across IT functions
- Strong understanding of non-profit / social sector
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, and function well as a team contributor
- 5+ years’ experience in Administrative / IT role
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint and Sharevision (preferred)
Prior to hiring – to complete
- A current criminal record check including vulnerable sector (completed within the last 6 months)
- A current Alberta Intervention Record check (completed within the last 12 months)
Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Support Foster Care team with all electronic file needs, including internal file audits and data entry
- Process and review documents requiring signatures with care and attention
- Communicate with foster care team around electronic files and additional support / information required to attain / maintain 100 % compliance with funders and policy
- Provide support and training for foster families (as required) regarding timely and accurate sharing and uploading of required reporting and information
- Receive and register documents for accurate data entry, organizing files and checking each client file to ensure all information is complete / accurate and in order – according to provincial standards.
- Store, update and maintain databases
- Perform backup procedures
- Perform general office duties
- Perform special projects as directed
Salary :
$25,000 / annually
