Job Description

We are looking for a casual Administrative Assistant to support various services at our Market Crossing (Burnaby) clinic.

Shift Schedule

Saturdays 7: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm (casual position w / permanent Saturday shift)

Hourly rate starting at $18.75 / hour.

Responsibilities
  • Reception, answering and directing calls, and processing referrals
  • File set up and management
  • Sending reports
  • Supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in-person and telehealth service delivery
  • Providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers
  • Supporting clinical accreditation procedures and corporate Health & Safety program
Qualifications
  • Similar experience as an administrative assistant
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Problem‑solving ability and proficiency at organizing multiple priorities
