Our client, a highly respected global organization within the investment and financial services sector, is seeking a professional and proactive Administrative Assistant to support their President & CEO’s Office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and enjoys working alongside senior leaders.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, prepare meeting materials, track action items, oversee expenses, support events, and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
