Temporary Administrator - 11 Months
This is 100% in office and is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out administrative duties associated with team activities, projects and initiatives.
- Developing, inputting, and maintaining contact databases
- Coordinating logistics/hospitality for events and team activities
- Preparing budget information and payment of invoices
- Coordinating accounting and procurement requests
- Supporting and coordinating project/team meetings, which may include scheduling, preparing agendas, notetaking, drafting meeting minutes, and logistics.
- Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, reports, statements, and other documents
- Updating and maintaining the team leave calendar.
- Other Various Office Duties as Required
Requirements
- Reliability level security screening required to obtain before starting
- Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
- Strong Computer Skills with Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proactive Attitude with Ability to Multi-task
- Ability to stay focused and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Have a strong commitment to people, processes, policies, and confidentiality.
Assets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) (generating reports and dashboards)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity with online engagement platform Engagement HQ
- Familiarity with MS SharePoint software experience
We Offer
- $18.50 per hour
- Monday–Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
