Qualifications

  • Education from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience of 7 months to less than 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel and make reservations.
  • Greet people and direct them.
