About This Role

We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our Victoria office.

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Pre-construction team in the preparation and management of job tenders/bids.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the team in the management and submission of tender bids, including tracking deadlines, compiling necessary documentation, and ensuring all parts of the bid are complete and accurate.
  • Enter tender details and information into database.
  • Research tender opportunities from external sources.
  • Prepare and set-up project information in construction management system.
  • Organise documents to ensure they are easily accessible.
  • Maintain and organise document packages in shared drives and CRM.
  • Assist in monitoring the status of bids and provide regular updates to team members on progress.
  • Document control including helping maintain and organise most current information in shared job folder sites.
Your Experience And Skills
  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Work experience in the construction industry.
  • Work experience in the electrical industry an asset.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Able to quickly learn new software programs.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Procore, MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint an asset.
