We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join ourteam in our Vancouver office .
This is an exciting opportunity for a personable and self-motivating individual to build a career while enhancing skills and developing expertise. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for providing legal and administrative support to our IP Litigation practice. This position will require a confident, reliable, and business-minded assistant who demonstrates a team approach and the ability to take direction, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
The hours of work are from 9 : 00 to 5 : 00 with some flexibility required to meet client needs.
We offer a competitive total rewards package with the expected range of the annual salary to be between $52,000 to $55,000.
The final salary is influenced by the location of the incumbent and may fluctuate based on the qualifications, skills, and market considerations, ensuring alignment with internal and external pay equity standards.
