We are an Immigration Consultancy business that provides a wide range of immigration services and is looking to fill 1 permanent full-time position for an Administrative Assistant.

This role will perform the following duties:

  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail according to procedures.
  • Prepare correspondence.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Answer calls and relay messages, fax, make copies, and perform other general clerical duties as required.
  • Greet visitors, note their queries, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Purchase and maintain an inventory of office supplies, ensure all office equipment is in good working order, and schedule service as needed.
  • Record, maintain, and update the client’s information.
  • Provide customer service
  • Other related duties as required.

We are offering $27.00/hour for 35 hours per week.

Required skills
