Job Summary :

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for completing all administrative duties necessary to the operation of the business at the respective location. In this role the person must have the ability to work with minimum supervision, work in a fast-paced environment and be very detailed orientated.

QUALIFICATIONS :
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 Year of Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Diploma in Office Administration considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills, experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Must be well organized; accuracy and attention to detail required
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, confidentially, and professionally at all times
  • Ability to handle and complete multiple tasks at a time
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Must have good time management skills and the ability to work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • General reception duties including processing daily paperwork
  • Greet office guests and provide customer service
  • Perform data entry
  • Sort and distribute mail and other materials
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Perform miscellaneous administration functions and projects as assigned
  • Other duties as required
