An educational institution in Manitoba is seeking an Administrative Assistant to oversee operations and manage programming at the Mihcet Meskanawah Teaching and Learning Center. The ideal candidate will have a College Diploma and experience working with Indigenous communities. This full-time term position offers a salary range of $25.21 to $29.79 per hour with additional benefits.

The territory has also become home to other Indigenous peoples. We uphold the treaties and collaborate with all Indigenous peoples to share truth, reconciliation, and learning.

DUTIES
Reporting to the Associate Dean Mihcet Meskanawah Teaching and Learning, the Administrative Assistant will oversee the centre operations and be a main contact for UCN programming. The successful incumbent is responsible for ensuring daily operations at the centre are maintained to ensure health and safety for all staff and students. The Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with UCN departments, faculty, and staff for program planning and delivery. The position is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring administrative processes within the centre using knowledge of UCN processes and policies.
