Overview

Administrative Assistant : On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Administrative Assistant II for a 12 month contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Thunder Bay office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar, travel, correspondence, and expense reports for the Operations Manager and Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including invites, agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary contact for office operations and manage telephone reception.
  • Maintain and update distribution lists, phone directories, and SharePoint / Team sites.
  • Assist with SAP entries, centralized SRO tracking, and expense submissions.
  • Process SailPoint and system access requests and provide Power BI reporting as needed.
  • Act as Workday Learning Administrator and support onboarding processes.
  • Provide quarterly spend updates and coordinate community investment projects.
Mandatory Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately once per month throughout Northern Ontario.
  • Proven ability to learn and navigate multiple internal systems quickly.
  • Comfortable working onsite and supporting a regional team virtually.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Understanding of Northern Ontario community dynamics.
