Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision.
  • Provide ongoing support to other departments with data entry.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, maintains the appearance of the lobby, conference rooms and common areas.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Orders, receives, and maintains supplies for the office, kitchen and mailroom.
  • Responsible for coordinating office equipment maintenance.
  • Housekeeping Duties (i.e.- load / unload dishwasher, restock fridge, etc.)
  • Maintain all conference rooms for cleanliness / reserve conference rooms, including ordering and / or setup.
  • Resolve problems associated with all building services, including janitorial, parking, and security access fobs.
  • Assists with the coordination and scheduling of office / building maintenance activities
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • May be required to coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments.
