Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team in Lethbridge. Compensation & Hours

Position Summary
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them appropriately
  • Manage company AP and AR – processing payments
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries (in person, phone, or email) and answer any questions while providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the right staff member
  • Prepare and edit documents, and spreadsheets
  • Schedule, organize meetings, and manage calendars for staff
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to ensure accurate client files
  • Maintain accurate records of clients
Required Qualifications
  • Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrator role, including processing AP / AR or payroll
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring effective communication with team members, clients, and visitors
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently
  • Ability to manage priorities and support multiple team members effectively
