Maple Leaf Tours seeks a Customer Service Representative to support clients in Kingston, Ontario. The role encompasses office, phone, and email support, guiding customers from initial contact through pre/post trip planning, with a focus on delivering memorable travel experiences.

You will join a Canadian owned family business known for North American tours, cruises, and group travel, offering strong product knowledge and personalized service to clients across Canada and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum College Diploma in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Sales or Similar.
• Graphic design and marketing experience.
• TICO Certification is an asset – not mandatory.
• Sales experience in travel and cruise products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Our travel business is growing and Maple Leaf Tours is looking for a Customer Service Representative. Now’s the time, it’s time to take your love of travel and share it.

Our team brings passion, expertise and commitment to working with our clients, providing them with a wealth of first‑hand knowledge and experience from North America and beyond!

We are looking for a fellow dynamo to do just that. In this position, you’ll be providing high‑level customer service in office, by phone, email, and handling the customer journey from the first point of contact to the pre/post trip.

Full time or part‑time position.
