Job summary

A construction company is seeking an administrative professional to coordinate seminars and manage office workflows. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary school graduation certificate, have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. This permanent position offers 35 to 40 working hours per week in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials.
  • Supervise other workers.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Answer electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform data entry.
