We are hiring a full-time , permanent Administrative Assistant position working out of EPCOR South Service Centre, located in Edmonton, Alberta.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Operations, the Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Director, the Customer Operations team, and EPCOR's South Service Centre (SSC). This role is also r esponsible for coordinating facility-related activities, managing vendor relationships, and serving as a key resource for resolving internal processes and service center issues .
As the successful Administrative Assistant, you are highly organized, exhibit great communication skills , have an independent working style , seek ways to improve processes, and can resolve issues. You have a great deal of autonomy and take initiative, are proactive in anticipating the needs of the team, execute problem-solving skills and ensure a large volume of tasks are prioritized and executed. Your focus is on delivering excellent service to the Senior Director, the Customer Operations team, and others as required.

Wage: Starting at $35.14 per hour. Final Wage and Step will be determined at the time of selection and is subject to change based on the ratification of the new Collective Agreement.
