Administrative Assistant
This position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Join one of Canada’s leading third‑party logistics companies as an Administrative Assistant. You will be the face of the transportation team, overseeing shipments and truck drivers, and entering critical information into the company’s warehouse management system. Key tasks include handling Bills of Lading and Proof of Deliveries, managing communications with the shipping and receiving team, and addressing inquiries from drivers and customers.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The role is based in the front terminal office, which accommodates around seven people at a time. The office is a bustling blue‑collar environment, frequently visited by drivers and warehouse staff. The team is welcoming and fosters a family‑like atmosphere. A thick skin and good sense of humor are beneficial for thriving in this environment. Pay range: $22.00 – $22.00/hr.
