A leading pension investment firm in Montreal is seeking an experienced Administrative Analyst to support the Chief Legal Officer. This role involves managing calendars, drafting legal documents, coordinating meetings, and providing executive support. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in office administration, at least seven years of relevant experience, and excellent multitasking and communication skills.
