Job summary

A non-profit organization is seeking an Administrative/Accounting Assistant in Regina to provide vital administrative and accounting support. The role involves managing payroll, bookkeeping, and ensuring efficient office operations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in business administration and strong organizational skills. The target salary range is $18.05 to $22.56 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Completed up to two years of Community College, preferably in business administration.
  • Two to three years of experience in client/customer relations and/or administrative work is preferred.
  • Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and accounting support to Waterston Ministries.
  • Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and maintain filing systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
