About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to a senior leader in a public healthcare organization. This role offers exposure to strategic national health initiatives and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that impacts the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Handle budgeting and financial procedures for projects and divisional activities
  • Support general administrative and logistical matters within the division
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in any discipline
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience in the public sector or with financial processes will be an advantage
Job Details
  • 📍 Location: near Outram Park MRT
  • đź•“ Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
