Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle all job-related enquiries, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
  • Learn and take over ongoing and upcoming jobs, processes, and requirements through close coordination with the person in charge.
  • Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with internal departments to support projects effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage all driver movements, schedule tasks, maintain records, ensure compliance, and liaise with internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
  • Take over all purchasing duties, manage procurement processes, maintain accurate records, monitor inventory, and build strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies, manage digital channels, create engaging content, analyze performance, and collaborate with teams to enhance the company’s online presence.
