A pioneering additive manufacturing firm is seeking a co-op student for a role in mechanical properties characterization and quality control. The successful candidate will be pursuing a degree in Material Science or Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a college degree with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Eligible for the co-op program for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical/material properties characterization under ISO/ASTM standards.
- Support quality control inspections and checks.
- Create documentation based on quality inspections.
- Support R&D programs for materials and quality development.
- Assist with AS9100, ISO17025, and NADCAP accreditations.
- Perform functions under AS9100 quality management system.
