A community support organization in Orangeville is seeking a compassionate Addictions Counsellor. Family Transition Place (FTP) is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Addictions Counsellor to be an integral part of the HART Hub Dufferin collaborating with a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive, integrated care services to vulnerable individuals. The Addictions Counsellor will conduct assessments, brief interventions, provide case management supports and facilitate groups.
This position will receive direction from the HART Hub Manager for day‑to‑day operations and is accountable to the FTP Program Supervisor. The Addictions Counsellor will work with both internal and external partners and will interact at all levels within the organization.
Compensation: $28.60 to $31.77 per hour + allowance in lieu of benefits.
