The role focuses on static and dynamic calibrations, module programming, and detailed diagnostics to ensure road safety and OEM compliance. You will diagnose ADAS faults across radar, lidar, camera, and ultrasonic sensors, perform dynamic calibrations for features like Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assist, and document results with precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair or diagnostics.
• I-CAR ADAS or OEM calibration training preferred.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence.
• Experience using scan tools and interpreting vehicle fault codes.
• Familiarity with vehicle alignment or collision repair process.
• Basic understanding of automotive electric and electronic systems.
• Ability to follow precise OEM calibration procedures.
• Strong computer proficiency for calibrating software and digital documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Integrate ADAS systems with collision, structural, and refinishing repairs by understanding system interactions.
• Conduct pre- & post-repair scans, test drives, and performance validations while maintaining detailed documentation.
