A leading financial services firm in Toronto is seeking a recent graduate for their Actuarial Development Program. This hybrid role offers the chance to rotate through various key actuarial disciplines while developing both technical expertise and leadership skills. As a new graduate in an actuarial role with Foresters Financial in the Toronto area, you will be enrolled in our Actuarial Development Program to gain exposure across a wide range of actuarial disciplines while making an impact for our members and communities in which we serve.
Actuarial Development Program members have the opportunity to rotate every 2-3 years through a variety of roles that provide exposure to key actuarial disciplines such as business planning, capital management, financial modeling, pricing, management reporting, risk, valuation and insurance product analysis for both Canada and the U.S. Members of the program are given support and opportunities to develop their technical expertise, and continue to enhance their leadership and communications skills to succeed as a leader in their field.
Foresters Financial takes professional and personal development seriously and provides an environment that supports actuarial students to achieve Actuarial Fellowship with the Society of Actuaries and Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Actuarial Students enrolled in the program can expect challenging roles with increasing levels of responsibility and compensation in conjunction with their work performance and successful progress through actuarial exams.
