Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER
  • Ensure team is adequately resourced and capable in managing business needs
  • Support leadership with actuarial advice for business decisions
  • Oversee communication and interpretation of actuarial analysis
  • Review analyses produced by the team
  • Develop procedures for unforeseen challenges
  • Ensure work aligns with business principles and practices
  • Ensure data quality and availability for analysis
SHAREHOLDER
  • Challenge business appropriately for organizational interests
  • Lead relationships with control functions for compliance
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and assess impacts
  • Identify key issues and escalate as needed
  • Ensure operational compliance and risk management
EMPLOYEE / TEAM
  • Manage and lead the team, providing guidance and development
  • Assess skills, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment
  • Recruit diverse, qualified professionals
  • Act as a brand ambassador for TD
