Job summary

Valani Global in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join our Property & Casualty team. The successful candidate will analyze data, develop actuarial models for pricing and reserving, and deliver insights for quarterly and annual reviews.

The role is office-based 4-5 days a week with senior staff rotating days to provide in-person development support. A strong analytical background and an actuarial exam progress are required, with salary in the 65k–80k CAD range.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Actuarial Analyst to join our Property & Casualty team at Valani Global. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, developing models, and providing critical insights for various consulting projects. These include quarterly and annual reserving, peer reviews, financial condition testing reports, funding analysis, external audit team support, internal capital target reports, and other ad hoc projects. Depending on experience, this is an office-based role (4-5 days a week) with senior staff rotating days to provide in-person development support.
