Job Description
Development and delivery of therapeutic programs. Documentation. Organize, oversee and take part in resident programming including special events and facility functions. Manage department budget. Volunteer recruitment / management. Receive resident feedback and implement strategies in collaboration with other departments to make improvements. Carry out all assigned duties in compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety legislation and company policy.
