Shift : Monday - Friday 6:30am-9:00am & 2:00pm-5:30pm

In this part‑time role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated staff team to create a welcoming environment where all children—regardless of their needs—can thrive. Responsibilities include supervising activities, providing individual support when needed, helping children navigate conflict, and role‑modeling positive behaviors. You’ll contribute to care plans, support children’s strengths, maintain an appropriate child‑to‑staff ratio, and ensure every child feels included and supported. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s day while fostering a community of belonging and growth.
