Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is hiring for a fast-paced warehouse sorting role. You will unload trailers, verify freight, and feed sort lines using manuals and powered equipment. You’ll sort and scan parcels, stage loads, and assist with pallets during a shift-based schedule.

The position emphasizes teamwork, physical effort, and active movement on site, with multiple shifts and a flexible schedule to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Unload freight manually into manual and powered conveyors
• Operate power/manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines
• Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan
• Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Place packages in designated areas for delivery or Linehaul
• Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area per station layout
• Complete related tasks assigned by supervisors
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
